What are the differences between the R-Rated Version and the German DVD Version?

The German DVD label Marketing re-inserted all the deleted scenes of film, which were included in the US-DVD's bonus content, into the cinematic version. Thus, they created a longer version in terms of plot and gore. This X-Rated version is clearly the better choice, even if 2 murders, which can only be seen in the cinematic version, are missing completely.
