Robert De Niro and Diane Keaton have worked on the same film only twice before. Once was The Godfather: Part II (1974), in which they were in two separate stories and so never shared a scene. De Niro was the young Vito Corleone and Keaton was the wife of Michael, his son. The second was Marvin's Room (1996).
In the movie, Robin Williams quotes Oscar Wilde's "Marriage is the triumph of imagination over intelligence. Second marriage is the triumph of hope over experience.", which is the author of 'Dorian Gray' a movie portrayed by Ben Barnes who plays as Alejandro.
