When hit by the bus, George is in the middle of stating "My wife said that Deja Vu is like God's way of...", and then he's cut off by the impact. Some viewers wonder what the end of his sentence was going to be. The answer is that of a common expression, "...telling you that you are in the right place at the right time", hence the irony of the situation.

Goofs
When Hunt and Janet pay a visit to Nick and Lori to discuss about the possibility to exist a chain of deaths or a specific order, Janet leaves and Hunt follows her. Immediately after he gets up the couch, his shirt allows some belt to be visible in his back. He turns around to say something, and when he leaves, his shirt is actually OK.

When Lori and Nick securing their place, you can see the coffee cup spilled all over the top of the newspaper so there shouldn't be any dry area in the newspaper.

During the escalator scene, Lori's right foot was crushed by the escalator's conveyor belt. This makes her spit out blood, and that is not supposed to happen. Since only her limbs were hurt or injured, she wouldn't spit out blood. We only spit out blood if our head, chest, or abdomen are injured or hurt.

Q
Why didn't Samantha's husband and kids die following the accident?
A
Although Samantha thanks the hero for saving her children after the accident at the racetrack, Samantha's kids and husband were not killed in the premonition in the first place and thus were never on death's list. If you watch the accident again Samantha is separated from her kids who are amongst the crowd that get out before the fire.
