Series creator Maxwell Atoms made a cameo as the cartoon artist who is accidentally "killed" by Billy and Irwin in the episode "Halls Of Time".

The show used to be called "Grim & Evil", and featured two segments of "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy" and one segment of "Evil Con Carne", with some exceptions. Since then, the "Evil" segments have been removed from the show, and temporarily had his own show.

Jeff the spider, who has appeared in four episodes, is voiced by series creator Maxwell Atoms.

Sometimes the flower of Mandy's shirt disappears.
