Goofs
The July 20, 1944 bomb meant to kill Hitler exploded within the interior of the utilitarian one-story Speer Barracks building at the forested Rastenburg headquarters compound. The series when speaking of the incident shows vintage film footage of an explosion on the exterior of a frilly multistory Beaux Arts building (perhaps a theater or a garden apartment) in a city.

The series, when speaking of Hitler's suicide, shows the same vintage photo of Hitler with eyes closed slumped back upon a couch as if it is an image of him deceased. In the nonfiction memoir 'Inside The Third Reich', Albert Speer labels the same image "Hitler sound asleep amid his entourage at the teahouse, Obersaltzberg. On his right, Eva Braun. (Photo: Blick+Bild)." The filmmakers had cropped the gently smiling Ms Braun from the image, showing only a close-up of Hitler's head from this photo.
