Trivia
When Nell is cleaning hotel rooms, a picture of an owl with long legs can be seen on the wall. The picture is that of a demon called Stolas, as depicted in a 19th century French demonology text called "Dictionnaire Infernal".

Q
What are the differences between the Theatrical Version and the Unrated Version?
A
This Unrated Version doesn't include much (which is due to the relatively harmless film). The only really graphic scene turns out to be censored in the Theatrical Version and is now available in its uncensored form. Apart from that, the two little additions not related to censorship are rather pointless. In total the Unrated Version runs approx. 45 seconds longer than the Theatrical Version and a detailed comparison between both versions with pictures can be found here.
