As Jack Knife walks across his room he puts on his glasses, just before he reaches the door his glasses fall off. When he opens the door to Madame Blossom his glasses are on his face again.
After Poison Dagger kills Lady Gemini, Master Gemini lays her flat on her back, and her left arm is clearly laid above her head, but in the shot where she is holding Master Gemini's hand, she's rolled over slightly, and her arm is down.

What are the differences between the Theatrical Version and the Unrated Version?
A
The new version often seems smoother resp. less imbalanced. Especially the opening scene and the showdown have improved and the level of violence is higher, too. Even better, one gets to see some of the good old Practical Effects by Howard Berger and Greg Nicotero during the extended fighting scene in the beginning. There's also some more nudity in the Pink Blossom although the Unrated Version doesn't contain more explicit footage than the Theatrical Version. A detailed comparison between both versions with pictures can be found here.
Q
Why is Quentin Tarantino's name attached to this movie?
A
The "Quentin Tarantino presents" banner is a marketing ploy designed to attract viewership. Tarantino is closely associated with both RZA and Eli Roth, both professionally and personally, so he was no doubt happy to lend his name to the picture to help out his friends. But he had little direct involvement in the making of this film. He is not credited as director, writer, producer nor executive producer.
