In the music that plays over the introduction of the "replacement killers" as they walk through the airport terminal, the female voice that is heard singing is actress Claire Trevor singing "Moanin' Low" from the film Key Largo (1948).

The MP5k and the Beretta PM-12S that the 'Replacements' use fire continuously for long periods (or in bursts many, many times). An MP5 will empty its 30-round magazine in 2.3 seconds on full-automatic fire.

Q
What are the differences between the theatrical version and the unrated Extended Cut?
A
Years after the release of the first DVD of The Replacement Killers, Sony came up with a so-called unrated Extended Cut of this movie and of course is there a question whether this version is worth the double-dip or not. First of all this new cut of the film is approximately 8 minutes longer than the well-known version. The Extended Cut features some more pieces of story line but no new action sequences, at all. A detailed comparison between both versions can be found here.
