On the shelf behind the couch in the brothers' living room, there is a picture of the two of them as babies. This is the same picture shown in the credits where a young Shawn says, "Look up, Marlon. Say cheese!"

Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans and John Witherspoon are the only cast members to appear in every episode of the series.

Shawn Williams: I was reading in the trades the other day and they're looking for a young, hip, energetic black guy on 'Beverly Hills 90210'.
