Goofs
When Ted goes into Pat's apartment, there are several piles of dog poop on the landing by the door. When he leaves, we can only see one pile.

When Ted is helping the old man in the wheelchair carry furniture into his house, the old man drives away in the wheelchair. While driving away, he gets caught on a little tricycle and pulls it along with him. When it shows Ted from the front view going up the steps, the tricycle is sitting where it started.

Ted: Japan? What's she doing in Japan?

Dom: You choke the chicken before any big date, don't you? Tell me you spank the monkey before any big date. Oh my God, he doesn't flog the dolphin before a big date. Are you crazy? That's like going out there with a loaded gun! Of course that's why you're nervous. Oh my dear friend, please sit, please. Look, um, after you've had sex with a girl, and you're lying in bed with her, are you nervous? No, you're not, why?

Q
What are the differences between the theatrical version and the Extended version of the movie?
A
The "There's Something More About Mary"-version features a longer cut of the movie that is way more raunchier and naughtier and contains scenes that presumably had to be cut for the theatrical release of the movie. This new version runs more than 10 minutes longer and is worth a look. A detailed comparison between both versions with pictures can be found here.
