When Charles and Henry are released from jail and walk across the street, there is a crew member with a walkie-talkie behind them telling people not to walk into the shot. Some people even stop and watch the scene being filmed.

Near the end of the movie, we learn that Larry is a virgin. But in the first movie, he makes a statement that seems to indicate otherwise. When Bernie's girlfriend happily comes back downstairs after apparently sleeping with the corpse, a surprised Larry comments that he gets yelled at when he just lies there. Although it could be a made-up boast to convince people he has had sex and is not a virgin, it seems unlikely because he would also be admitting to "just lying there" during sex, which isn't much of a boast.
