Trivia
Zohan isn't an actual Israeli first name.
The opening scene on a Tel-Aviv beach strongly references the film Peeping Toms (1973) starring Uri Zohar, Israel's "bad boy" of the '60s and early '70s, who later became an orthodox rabbi. Zohan looks just like Zohar, including hairstyle and wardrobe.

Most of the guns used by the Zohan and the terrorists in the film are weapons manufactured by Israeli Military Industries (such as the Uzi submachine gun, Galil assault rifle, and the Jericho 941 and Desert Eagle handguns).

Goofs
Israel plays Lebanon in the hacky sack tournament, yet the Israeli flag is shown with the Palestinian flag. There is actually a mix of Palestinian and Lebanese (cedar tree) flags in the crowd, large numbers of Palestinians still live in refugee camps in Lebanon and would support any team playing against Israel.

When Zohan and Phantom join together to fight against the fake Arabs in the street, Zohan is wearing jeans and Phantom is wearing red pants. As Phantom is measuring Zohan's right foot, another fake Arab approaches Zohan. He kicks him with his left foot, which is wearing khaki shorts.
The headband of the Phantom has the word Phantom written on it in Arabic. In the early scenes, the letters are not connected, whereas later on they are. (All Arabic words when written are connected - if not it is just a collection of letters that mean nothing.)

Quotes
Zohan: It is... you. Dalia, I don't know how to tell you this. I cannot make sticky with anyone else. *You* are the special one. I will only be "Steve" for you.

Zohan's Father: And this is your Palestinian wife.

Gail: Well Australia, it must be really nice there since they got rid of the apartheid.
