Jessica Alba, the famous Hollywood actress, has added yet another feather in her cap by launching her own company along with partners Christopher Gavigan and Brian Lee in 2012. The Sin City and the Fantastic Four star had a few things to share with the business students at the Lloyd Grief Center for Entrepreneurial Studies where she was invited to speak as part of Grief Center Co-director David Belasco’s class on entrepreneurial mindset. Jessica Alba’s company “The Honest Company” makes products for families and households. These products are environmental-friendly products, non-toxic in nature and extremely healthy and safe. The actress said that she was concerned about using toxic products after her daughter was born and was in search of non-toxic products. However she could not find such a product, so she decided to make her own products and sell online. She asked the students to take criticisms and start their own company humbly and with great determination.
