The Hobbit actor now will be playing the role of Francis Dolarhyde the nefarious serial killer in the renowned cannibal crime drama, for their upcoming third season.
For his latest upcoming role, Richard Armitage has taken a step to portray a darker side and coming to portray a negative character, in crime drama Hannibal and nicknamed as "The Tooth Fairy”.
These subsequent films are based on the book series of Thomas Harris, and Hannibal will be focusing on the mysterious relationship between Will Graham (Hugh Dancy) who is an FBI agent and Mads Mikkelsen as Hannibal "the Cannibal" Lecter. He is a serial killer and a sociopathic psychiatrist, whose character as enlightened and brought to light in the movie, The Silence of the Lambs, by the popular actor, Anthony Hopkins.
As per the reports stated by the website Cinemablend, v has already confirmed details about Armitage who was lately seen in The Old Vic's production of The Crucible and The Hobbit trilogy, and he will portray the character of Francis Dolarhyde and will unleash his negative side.
